Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside just for you. I see it as a commitment we’re both making—your commitment to show up, and mine to be fully present for you. I understand that sometimes life throws unexpected things our way. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. That gives me the opportunity to offer the spot to someone else who might be waiting. Of course, I trust that if something truly out of your control comes up, you’ll do your best to let me know as soon as you can. If you miss an appointment without notice, I do ask that it be paid for at your next visit. Thanks so much for your understanding—and for valuing both our time.
